Ive got a 2003 fiat punto diesel 1.9, the last few weeks been having problems with it, 1 of the dashboard lights keeps coming up and then engine just cuts out completly while im driving, i can get the car running again, ive been to 3 different garages who cant find out what the problem is, i had new air filters put which sorted the problem out
Hi mate, It has 207000 kms. When my grandfather was still driving it there was not any of this problems. The radiator was changed because it had a leak. Today I disassembled the fuel pump to check it out and found that it wasn't ok because the piece where the fuel filter conects (I don´t know the technical name of it) fell as soon as I removed the pump, so I am going to replace the fuel pump.
